[夜ご飯] 牛タン＆豚サガリ
家ご飯。もらい物の牛タンは「伊達の牛たん本舗」です。ここのは薄切りですがそこはかとなく美味です。お店のしおりによると
「仙台の味・牛たん焼」をより贅沢に最高の味を求めて、とのこと。牛たんの真ん中＜芯＞の柔らかい部分のみを使って厚めにカットし程良く熟成の上
仕上げた逸品を当店では＜芯たん＞と名付けました。
その中でも、特に厳選した霜降肉厚牛たんが＜極上芯たん＞になります。
豚さがりは、以前上富良野で買って冷凍しておいたもの。これまたコリコリじわっときゅっときます。
