MEMO 公募地方債にみる各地公体間の価格差(pdf)
農林中金総合研究所のレポートです。2002年4月から地方債の市場公募債の発行条件にツーテーブル方式が導入。国と地方の財政制度により、地公体にはデフォルトが原理上ないにも関わらず、信用力に格差がつきスプレッドが広がっている。ちなみにダメダメグループは、神戸市、大阪府、大阪市、兵庫県、そして我が北海道。
