[夜ご飯] 牛タン（家）
仙台から頂いた牛タン「焼いたら たんしお」をホットプレートで。これは美味しいですよ。厚くて柔らかくて、お店でもなかなか食べられないような代物だと思われます。網焼きでなくとも十分美味しいです。道内どこで買えるかは不明ですが、フリーダイヤル0120-72-3850で地方発送OKです。販売は（株）陣中（仙台市泉区八乙女中央2-5-3）。
